Insurance Policy/Payment Policy

All sales are final. All products and services are sold by Erickson Dermatology as-is without any guarantee.  By making a purchase with Erickson Dermatology, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.  We will only accept returns for refund or exchange for items that are damaged.

For cosmetic consultation appointment’s there is an appointment fee of $150 due at time of booking.  This fee will be applied towards any service or product you choose.  Consultation fees cannot be refunded nor submitted towards insurance.

Although we do not except insurance, we do provide needed information for certain procedures where you are able to submit to your insurance, if you choose, for reimbursement.

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.  We except cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
